The following documents are available to assist event coordinators and committee members with planning PA Events. Refer to the Event Planning Guidelines for guidance regarding financial procedures, hall access, equipment and so on.
  
On completion of events, coordinators should complete the event summary and feedback form, to summarise planning and provide information and guidance for the following year's organisers.
